Oct in San Pedro

I woke up before dawn on Monday, rather annoyingly,  because Jordan had the day off,  but was rewarded with a cloudy but lovely sunrise view and Cooper, the shyest cat, has warmed right up to me. We had Robin's jerk chicken for lunch and spent some time at the pool. Friday - Lovely visit to Connor's island school to catch up with Miss Mandy. The school now has 120 students up from 80 when Connor was there but the class sizes remain small. Toast for lunch and ran into Patty! Tried a few rounds of Cornhole. Sat - Lazy day, Kevin's BBQ for supper. Sun - A power outage for about 3 hours in the morning delayed caught us off guard as we have been quite spoiled by the continuously air conditioned home and, obviously, unlimited internet. One positive is you can really hear the beautiful sound of lapping waves when there is no hum of a fridge or clackety fans!
