After arriving by Uber just before noon, we dropped our bags at the hotel, had a very tasty lunch at Chimbombo's Grill (Torta Ahogada/surf n turf burger) and began exploring the beautiful Centro with its wonderful sculptures. We didn't get to hear the mariachi at El Parian (hailed as the largest cantina in the world!) as we were a bit early to the party,
