Travels in the times of the Covid - Week 3

Sunday Nov 15 Took Connor for a quick walk up to the Quinta Allegra Mall as he is interested in some new shoes - it's really nice looking but has pricey stores.  Later we went to our old favourite restaurant Casa Sofia, and while it seemed to be doing quite well, every business in the plaza around it had succumbed to the effects of Covid. Scramble eggs with ham and refried beans. After a swift afternoon walk to the beach, I attempted to make supper at home with a thin cut beef I thought looked good at the store - it was tough and probably salted so when I added salsa and hot sauce, it just produced a salty disaster! Definitely dini...
